The ONDUCLAIR RENOV system is designed to revitalise and renovate metal or fibre cement roofs without removing the existing roof. The system is designed to go over the top of an existing roof and is a safe and easy to install polyester roof system.

EASY TO INSTALL PANEL SYSTEM FOR QUALITY OUTDOOR COVERING

ONDUCLAIR RENOV is an over-roof system designed for renovation of existing roofs made of metal or fibre-cement (with or asbestos-free) from the outside. It solves leaks and condensation and ensures water tightness of the roof. The renovation works are made without stopping the activity inside the building. Please always consult with a structural engineer prior to commencement.

ONDUCLAIR RENOV panels are available up to 12 meters long upon customers' request. They only weigh 3 kg/m², allowing a fast and easy installation. 

This exterior renovation system adapts to all roofs, and can be installed on different types of buildings: from public to industrial buildings.

A wide range of dedicated accessories are available: double ridge and wall junctions are available

ONDUCLAIR RENOV renovation systems are available in two versions:

  • ONDUCLAIR RENOV FC for roofs with fibre cement corrugated profile 177/51
  • ONDUCLAIR RENOV ST for metal roof and walls

Both systems are installed with PSE insulation

An option with rockwool is available for projects requiring an increased fire resistance, subject to the approval by the appropriate governing body

INSTALLATION AND DOCUMENTATION
ONDUCLAIR PROTECT is fast to install:
  • Robust yet lightweight system (2.9 kg/m² for the C&FR version, 1.45 mm thick C25 profile)
  • Optimized span spacing 
  • Can be mounted on light framing
  • Installed with standard tools
  • Minimum pitch of 7%
