ONDULINE Sheets Installation

Start fixing sheets at the opposite to prevailing winds end of the roof.
Begin every second raw with a sheet cut in half vertically.
Fix 20 nails or screws per sheet to have a long lasting and guaranteed roof. Nail or screw every corrugation on eaves, overlaps and ridges.

ONDULINE Sheet Installlation 1

Installation varies according to roof pitch. 

  • Roof pitch > 15° (over 27%)
    • Maximum purlin distance: 61 cm
    • Overhang at eaves: 7 cm  
    • Minimum end overlap: 17 cm
    • Minimum side overlap: 1 corrugation

 

  • Roof pitch 10-15° (17-27%)
    • Maximum purlin distance: 45 cm
    • Overhang at eaves: 7 cm  
    • Minimum end overlap: 20 cm
    • Minimum side overlap: 1 corrugation

 

  • Roof pitch 5-10° (9-17%)
    • installation on full deck or close batten
    • Overhang at eaves: 7 cm  
    • Minimum end overlap: 30 cm
    • Minimum side overlap: 2 corrugations
