ONDUCLAIR® Thermo: Prelaminated polycarbonate panels
ONDUCLAIR® THERMO
ONDUCLAIR® Thermo is a range of alveolar polycarbonate panels prelaminated with transparent polyester or polycarbonate for skylights, light points or lighting roofs, designed to guarantee excellent thermal insulation and maximize the transmission of natural light.
A roof should be designed as a complete system paying great attention to every detail; in fact, even a well-insulated roof may lose a considerable amount of heat through skylights. ONDUCLAIR® Thermo was created to solve this specific problem in that it ensures extremely low thermal transmittance U values, for unrivalled thermal insulation in its category. For example, an ONDUCLAIR® Thermo T panel with a thickness of 140 mm has a U-value of 0.83 W/m²K.
Polycarbonate and polyester panels
The panels are available in the fully transparent PLR (polyester) version, which maximizes the transmission of natural light and in the PC (polycarbonate) version with a transparent or opaque finish for reduced light transmission to create a pleasant atmosphere of diffuse light: in any case, ONDUCLAIR® panels ensure optimum comfort in work environments and reduce energy costs for artificial lighting.
Compatible with popular roof panels
Due to their many profiles, the ONDUCLAIR® Thermo panels provide full compatibility with most widely used roofing panels, to ensure rapid, simple, effective and reliable installation even in restructuring projects. The ONDUCLAIR® Thermo roofing system is the only one of its kind on the market in that it has an alveolar polycarbonate core – free of foam additives subject to deterioration; the alveolar polycarbonate cells contain air, which provides natural insulation with a constant performance in time.
The extruded polycarbonate structure guarantees high durability, increased further in the ONDUCLAIR® Thermo R version by its longitudinal reinforcement that enables it to withstand remarkably heavy loads. Several panels may also be put together in order to obtain the desired thickness without any need for accessories, and an extremely attractive appearance.
The ONDUCLAIR® Thermo panels are light, easy to handle, simple to lay even in a single solution, available in lengths of up to 12 m or, where necessary, made to measure.
ONDUCLAIR® Renov: Asbestos replacement sheets
Recovery and insulation of old fibre cement roofs
ONDUCLAIR® Renov is an over-roofing system designed for the recovery and insulation of old fibre cement roofs, with or without asbestos. The great innovation brought by this system is represented by the seam fasteners that do not require holes to be drilled in the existing roofs, thus avoiding the hazardous release of fibres and dust into the air. The ONDUCLAIR® Renov system is completed by a vast range of accessories (flat ridges, roof-wall connections, side ridge caps) and transparent panels for making skylights.
ONDUCLAIR® Renov consists of an EPS insulating panel laminated with an opaque corrugated polyester sheet, available in various colours and two different profiles, specifically designed for corrugated fibre cement or Greek fret roofs to insulate metal coverings.
Quick and easy to install
ONDUCLAIR® Renov is quick and easy to lay, thus saving on all the processes associated with the removal of the old roofs: the ONDUCLAIR® Renov sheets are laid directly on top of the old roof, without weighing it down due to the extremely light weight of the system and giving it a truly innovative look. The system also guarantees long-lasting protection, offering various fire-resistance and chemical resistance options to adapt perfectly to your projects and all the building’s needs.
The thermal insulation provided by the EPS ensures a considerable saving of energy for heating and air-conditioning the rooms, to the advantage of the environment.
Finally, it should be underlined that ONDUCLAIR® Renov enables roofs to be restructured without interfering with the normal production activities as all the work is performed outdoors, on top of the existing roof.
ONDUPLAST® COLOUR: opaque polyester sheets
ONDUPLAST® Colour is the range of opaque fibreglass panels reinforced with synthetic resins, for industrial roofs and coverings, capable of providing extraordinary resistance to corrosion, fire and chemical agents.
