Do you have proof of purchase?
If you purchased the sheets via a third-party then you will not have a receipt from Onduline. This means you are not a direct customer of Onduline. In this instance you would need to contact the company who you bought from and whom you are a customer of.
In order to proceed further, proof of purchase (receipt) is required from Onduline or the reseller.
Different Onduline products may have different warranty terms.
Please select your product warranty document here and confirm you have read the terms for your specific product before proceeding.
Is your roof leaking?
In many cases “condensation drops” and “moisture” on the underneath of the sheets are mistaken for rain-water leaks. Please confirm this is not the case and that the leak is from actual rainfall.
Onduline products are designed and guaranteed for waterproofing purposes only. These is no guarantee for other aspects such as discoloration or aesthetics of the product.
Is your building adequately ventilated?
Moisture and condensation in the roof space are a natural phenomenon which can occur regardless of which roofing material you are using. To prevent this your roof must have adequate ventilation, these include but are not limited to ventilation through the corrugations at eaves-ridge area and/or cross ventilation through side opening of the building.
What is the condition of your roof structure?
Onduline products are designed for waterproofing and are NOT structural components. The structure in which Onduline products are installed will have a direct effect on the products performance. For example, if the roof rafters / purlins / battens / deck / frame should distort / bend / weaken with time they will force Onduline products to distort which could lead to a product failure unrelated to the actual Onduline product. If unsure of your roof structure condition you must seek advice from a professional roofer or structural engineer.
