We were thrilled to team up with Charlotte Seaton, a passionate chicken keeper and student veterinary nurse, known for her creative Instagram account, @eggs_and_fluff.
Charlotte was embarking on an exciting project to upgrade her chicken run and needed a roofing solution that was reliable, safe, and environmentally friendly. Her existing roof had issues with leaks and lacked insulation, creating an uncomfortable and potentially unhealthy environment for her hens.

Charlotte chose our ONDULINE CLASSIC corrugated roofing sheets in sleek black.
She began by preparing the existing roof, ensuring it was clean and free from debris. Next, she measured and cut the ONDULINE CLASSIC sheets to fit the precise dimensions of her chicken run. The black roof sheets perfectly complemented the run's black framework and stained-glass windows, achieving a stylish and contemporary appearance.
Charlotte carefully laid the sheets with overlapping edges to create a watertight seal. Following the provided instructions, she secured the sheets to the roof structure using ONDULINE SCREWS. Thanks to their lightweight design, the ONDULINE CLASSIC roof sheets made the installation process both simple and efficient.
The finished result
Charlotte's chicken run now has a stylish and functional new roof. The black ONDULINE CLASSIC sheets, free from asbestos and other harmful substances, not only provide excellent protection from the elements but also enhance the overall aesthetic of the run.
