No, the ISOLINE sheet will not leak where fixings penetrate it. The system is specifically engineered to work with fixings applied at the apex of the corrugations. Furthermore, the material itself is self-sealing, allowing it to effectively seal around the fixings. Fixing methods and performance are validated by the BBA certification.
